Once belonging to the Rothschild family, Rushbrooke is a wonderful addition to Barton. The spacious and calm setting offers our yearlings a perfect summer home before they begin preparation for the sales or pre-training, and at their most important stage of development.

How to find us

From Bury St Edmunds town centre, head south on Northgate Street/A1101 for about 1.5 miles, then continue straight onto St Olaves Road/A134. Follow the A134 for approximately 4 miles, passing through Little Staughton and Cockfield; after Cockfield, take the left turn onto Rushbrooke Road/B1077. Follow B1077 for about 1 mile until you reach Rushbrooke; the village is on the left, with the church and village hall close to the junction. Roads are narrow in places—drive cautiously and follow local signage.
